Online Training
Excel 9-1-1 is pleased to announce the launch of our online training portal and our new on-demand training courses which provide up-to-date training to emergency communications personnel, their supervisors, managers and directors. Our first online course is TTY Basics for 9-1-1. This program is designed to introduce 9-1-1 operators, emergency call takers and dispatch personnel with the information to recognize and process TTY calls from the public. With a low introductory price of $29 per student per offering, public safety agencies will now be able to comply with the mandatory TTY training requirements in a timely and affordable way. Students can attend the training at any time, day or night, without the cost of travel or the scheduling issues that usually surround planning for training attendance.
Important Announcement for Texas and Missouri 9-1-1 personnel:
The TTY Basics for 9-1-1 online course has been approved by your state as meeting the mandatory TTY training requirements. Sign into the portal for more information or contact us at onlinetraining@excel9-1-1.com.
We are pleased to announce the latest online course is now available. It is a course on ADA for 9-1-1 Supervisors & Managers. If you have not had any formal training on ADA requirements, this course is imperative for you in order to be sure your public safety agency is in compliance with this federal law. At only $29 per student per offering, you cannot miss this course.
