Services
In addition to providing training, Excel 9-1-1, Inc. provides a variety of professional services covering many aspects of public safety communications. Our personnel are experts in their specific areas of interest and most are still actively involved in public safety communications. Others are retired from active employment with a public safety agency and now dedicate themselves to full time consulting.
Our professional services include strategic planning facilitation, policy & procedure development or review, workflow process mapping, performance assessment and quality assurance program development among other performance and evaluation initiatives. We tailor our services to each agency’s specific needs.
